Enterprise Dashboard is a tool for managing the strategic indicator of the different business areas. The application features an intuitive and attractive graphics, just a "click" to see the progress of the business. The training for using it is minimal
Operating modes and functions
The application is installed directly on the user's PC, the licenses needed are the same of the installations required. All settings and the database are local. Depending on the choice of the customer it is possible to centralize the database (client-server). The application requires as input a text file (csv, txt) containing the data that will be displayed on the dashboard. The track will be agreed depending on the user's specific information needs. If a data extractor is not available to produce the input file, Easy Share Finance can provide support for development, thus offering a complete turnkey solution.
Architecture
The software has been developed in Visual Basic on a Microsoft Access DB. All graphics in these modules are implemented using Flash technology.
Security
The application has not to be featured in different profiles because, as it is composed of one or more modules installed directly on the PC. In case of centralized installation(client-server) will be added a minimum user profiling.
Customisation and easy use
Enterprise Dashboard is a fully custom and modular application, able to personalize the dashboard in a complete way according to customer requirements. The characteristic user-friendly of the interface allows the person to take immediate control of the application with a few "clicks".
